1. Conditions for Exchange
Products eligible for exchange must meet the following conditions:

The product must retain its original tags, price labels, and packaging.

The product must be unused, unaltered, and unwashed.

The product must not be dirty, damaged, or have any unusual odors.

Customers must record a full, unedited video when unboxing the package, ensuring all sides of the parcel, shipping information, and tracking number are visible.

Exchanges are accepted for defective products (wrong color, size, or damaged) confirmed by either the customer or the delivery staff at the time of receipt. In such cases, RABII will cover the shipping costs.

Customers may exchange products for a different color or size of the same type or for a product of equal or higher value. (If the new product is of lower value, RABII will not refund the difference.)

Each product can be exchanged only once, and any shipping costs incurred will be borne by the customer.

Exchanges are NOT accepted for:
- Products damaged due to improper use or storage.
- Discounted products or promotional items.
- Custom-made products tailored to specific measurements as per the customer’s request.
2. Exchange Timeframe
- For in-store purchases or same-day delivery within Ho Chi Minh City: Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of purchase/receipt.
- For suburban deliveries in Hanoi & Ho Chi Minh City: Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- For remote customers: The exchange timeframe will be based on the timestamp of the message confirming the exchange request sent to RABII.
3. Product Complaints
If customers have feedback or complaints regarding product quality, please contact our customer service hotline at 0703 622 628.
RABII WILL NOT process exchange requests that do not meet the stated conditions and deadlines.
