Products eligible for exchange must meet the following conditions:
The product must retain its original tags, price labels, and packaging.
The product must be unused, unaltered, and unwashed.
The product must not be dirty, damaged, or have any unusual odors.
Customers must record a full, unedited video when unboxing the package, ensuring all sides of the parcel, shipping information, and tracking number are visible.
Exchanges are accepted for defective products (wrong color, size, or damaged) confirmed by either the customer or the delivery staff at the time of receipt. In such cases, RABII will cover the shipping costs.
Customers may exchange products for a different color or size of the same type or for a product of equal or higher value. (If the new product is of lower value, RABII will not refund the difference.)
Each product can be exchanged only once, and any shipping costs incurred will be borne by the customer.
