4. ORDER VALUE AND PAYMENT METHODS

We offer the following payment methods: cash on delivery, international payment cards, or domestic payment cards.
Except for cases with specific notes, customers can usually choose one of the three payment methods. However, for security reasons, orders valued at 30 million VND or more require prepayment via international or domestic payment cards.

5. PROMOTIONAL PROGRAMS

To offer more benefits to customers, we frequently launch special discount programs. However, to ensure fairness for end consumers, we reserve the right to reject orders that are not for personal use, involve bulk purchases, or are intended for resale.

6. DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes are a form of price reduction applied to orders and may partially or fully reduce the order value.
Each order can only use one discount code. We reserve the right to reject orders that use discount codes not intended for personal use, bulk purchases, or resale.

7. DELIVERY AREA

We offer nationwide delivery for products distributed by RABII Atelier & Accessories, except for certain large appliances (such as air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, freezers) and other products that may be affected during transportation.
For products distributed by third-party merchants, delivery areas may be limited as updated on the product page. If delivery information is not updated at the time of ordering, we will contact you for details.

8. PRICING

Product prices listed on our website are final and include VAT. Prices may change depending on promotions. Additional shipping or order processing fees may apply and will be displayed on the checkout page.
Although we strive to ensure accurate pricing and product information, errors may occasionally occur. If we detect a pricing error, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we cannot reach you, the order will be automatically canceled, and a refund will be issued if payment has been made.
