SHIPPING POLICY

RABII provides shipping support as follows:

I/ International Orders:

• Shipping fees are calculated based on product weight.
• Shipping methods: Standard Shipping & Express Shipping.
• The shipping rate applies to all countries.
• Standard Shipping: 800,000 VND for the first 500g, 150,000 VND for each additional 500g.
  • Estimated delivery time: 15-25 days.
• Express Shipping: 100,000,000 VND per 500g.
  • Estimated delivery time: 5-7 days.
• Customers may be required to pay import taxes upon receiving their order. Tax rates depend on the country, product weight, and value.

II/ Domestic Orders:

(Applicable to Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and other provinces.)

• Free shipping for orders paid via Visa card, bank transfer, or other electronic payment gateways.

• COD (Cash on Delivery) Shipping:

  • Additional charge: 40,000 VND per order (applies to both urban and suburban areas).
  • Customers pay upon delivery, depending on the total order value and delivery location.
