Definition
Order inspection involves checking and comparing the received products/goods in the RABII shipment with the items requested in the customer’s order.

REGULATIONS

Time of Inspection
RABII allows customers to inspect the order together with the delivery staff at the time of receipt. Product trials are not supported.

After receiving the order, if the customer finds any discrepancies, they may contact customer service for exchange or return assistance. It is recommended that customers record a video while unboxing for reference if needed.

Scope of Product Inspection
Customers are allowed to inspect the received products, compare them with the ordered items, and verify them based on the confirmed order details provided by RABII. Inspection criteria include sample images, product codes, size, color, material, etc.

Customers must not unseal or open boxes with security or warranty seals.

Customers are not allowed to scratch off codes from products that include reward points or gifts.

Procedures for Handling Incorrect Orders
If, during the joint inspection, the received product does not match the ordered item, please contact the hotline at 0703622628 or email rabiivn@gmail.com to reach customer service for order confirmation.

If RABII mistakenly ships the wrong order as per the customer’s request, the customer may refuse to accept or pay for the order. If the order has already been paid for, the customer may request a replacement or a refund, which RABII will process as soon as possible.

If RABII ships the correct order, but the customer changes their preference, they may request an exchange or return according to the return policy. In this case, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs (if applicable).
